PURPOSE:To restrain outside light coming directly or indirectly into the field of a driver and the like by aslanting a transparent panel member against the face of a shading part. CONSTITUTION:An instrument panel 1 is provided with a storage case 3 and a display body 5 as an optical system is placed in the storage case 3. Vehicle information displayed as light on the display body 5 passes a transparent member 7 fitted aslant at the upper part of the storage case 3 and is reflected with a reflector 11 of semitransparent reflective material arranged approximately in parallel with a front shield and opposite to the display body 5. The portion of the storage case 3 below the reflector 11 and above the transparent panel member 7 is formed with a black shade member 13.
