PURPOSE:To make it possible that a corresponding station preferentially process much data in a short time by assigning a series of time slots occurring in priority order to respective stations and repeatedly generating only time slots up to desirable priority. CONSTITUTION:Plural stations A, B-Z are connected to a transmission line 30 constituting a bus circuit network. And the time slots 1, 2-25 occur at every time a synchronizing signal SY is outputted and they are respectively assigned to the respective stations A-Z. If the signal SY is set as a reference, the station A can most quickly access it and the station B is next one, in the same way the station Z can access the last. The slots 1-25 occur at every signal SY in preferential order. If the low preferential station Z has no data which is transmitted in a constant period, the station Z transfers a synchronizing signal output request signal to the station X and the time slots repeat only between 1-X, so that the station Z can resign a transmission right and the stations A-X can effectively transmit the data to a line 1 while the station Z resign the right.
