PURPOSE:To save energy, by a method wherein a turbine 1 incorporated in a tubular coupling means through which to intercouple two tanks having flexibility, and through movement of fluid from the tank on which a larger quantity of external force is exerted, a turbine is rotated to generate a power. CONSTITUTION:When fluid flows in the direction of an arrow mark (b) from the one of flexible tanks 2 and 3, turbine vanes 51 of a turbine 5 disposed in a tubular coupling means 4 through which to intercouple the two tank 2 and 3 are started to move in the direction of an arrow mark (c) based on a difference between velocities of flow of fluid around the turbine 5. Namely, the turbine 5 is started to run, and by a change in a magnetic flux produced along with rotation of a magnet 6 mounted to the turbine 5, electric energy is generated to a coil through a stator 7. The power generating device is used in a manner to be set to a shoe sole, a power is generated by a change in a pressure in the tank 2 and 3 during walking, and a load 13 is driven. |
