METHOD OF EXECUTING BONDING, CROSSLINKABLE RESIN COMPOSITE USED FOR SAID METHOD AND BONDING DEVICE

PURPOSE:To enable rapid crosslinking and vulcanization even when bonding is conducted in a portion, place and large size where it has been impossible to conduct bonding by conventional technique, by placing a conductive heat-generating material along a crosslinkable resin compsn. and passing a current through the heating material to expedite the crosslinking of the resin by making use of the generated heat. CONSTITUTION:A crosslinkable resin composite 10 is interposed between a wooden brick substrate 4 and a wooden barrel flange 5 and between the flange 5 and an interior material 6. The composite 10 comprises an iron foil and a conductive heat- generating material 2 composed of a thermosetting resin applied on both surfaces of the iron foil. A bonding device is allowed to act on the interior material 6 from the side of a room. This bonding device comprises a coil portion 11 for giving a magnetic field energy to the conductive material 2 to generate an eddy current and an electric supply portion 12. A high frequency current is allowed to flow through the coik of the coil portion 11 to generate heat from the conductive material 2. the crosslinkable resin is heated by the generated heat to conduct bonding. The bonding portion is altered to conduct subsequent bonding operation.
