PURPOSE:To contrive to simplify the constitution and make it possible to mold a high quality disc by a structure wherein the rod of a cylinder mechanism to drive a punch is hollowed in order to arrange an ejector pin in the hollow part. CONSTITUTION:The rod 102 of a hydraulic cylinder 101 is hollow and an ejector pin 14 pierces through the rod. A disc 5 is molded by pouring resin from a resin injection nozzle 4 through a sprue bush 3 in between a fixed side plate 1a and a movable side plate 1b. Before the mold opening by lowering a part lower than the movable side plate 1b, the central part of the disc 5 is blanked by raising a punch 7 through the rod 102, which is driven by the hydraulic cylinder 101. After punching and the predetermined cooling time is elapsed, the mold is opened, thereby the part lower than the movable side plate 1b is lowered. After that, sprue ejection action is done. A sprue 6 is ejected upwards by raising the ejector pin 14 through a shaft 18 by means of a driving mechanism. At that time, the punch 7 is retreated. Thus, the molding of the disc 5 is completed. |
