PURPOSE:To carry out the filling of fluid, the measurement of pressure, or the like, by engaging the opening on the side wall of the hole provided on a ball with an outflow passage by a prescribed turning of a stem so as to bring an inflow passage Into a closed condition. CONSTITUTION:In a ball 5, a hole 5c which passes through from the one side wall thereof to the bottom wall is provided, and a service port 1b having a service port passage 1c is projectedly provided on the valve box 1 so as to be positioned on the side wall part of the ball 5. In a front-seat condition in which an inflow passage 4a is closed by the ball 5 by turning a stem 2 and further an outflow passage 1a and the service port passage 1c are opened, the filling of fluid, the measurement of pressure, air purge, or the like are carried out from the service port.
