PURPOSE:To obtain an ultrafine particle of an org. high-molecular material in which at least two molecules of the high-molecular materials are uniformly joined or bonded to each other, by adding two or more org. high-molecular materials to a specified liquid org. matter, pressurizing them to allow them to collide at a high speed to be broken. CONSTITUTION:Two or more org. high-molecular materials having different physical properties from each other are added to a liquid org. matter having a b.p. higher than the m.p. of the org. high-molecular material having an m.p. higher than that of the other high-molecular material in a specified ratio. The resulting liquid org. matter is pressurized and allowed to collide with each other at a high speed to thereby crush them, whereby ultrafine particles which have a particle size of not larger than 0.05mu and in which the org. high-molecular materials are uniformly joined or bonded to each other at a molecular level. Examples of the org. matter are xylene, xylol, trichlorobenzene, etc. The reason why the particle size should not be larger than 0.05mu is that when the size exceeds 0.05mu, different high-molecular materials can not be joined or bonded at a molecular level and there are difficulties in producing a product having physical properties of them both and in obtaining molded products having a high tensile strength such as a film.
