<p>Device for the continuous manufacture of sausages and similar products from the forming of the sausages to the tying of their extremities. According to the invention, this device comprises a mechanism on a machine frame for automatically filling a casing for the production of sausages in order then to pass them out directly towards a work station where the extremities of the sausages are tied or towards an intermediate processing station, the said mechanism comprising a hollow needle (3) which may be turned angularly with respect to the plane of the frame (1) supporting the whole of the mechanism means, and on which needle is placed the casing to be filled, the needle being directly linked to the pusher of the meat filler. The hollow needle comprises a means of controlling the pressure at which the casing is filled; and opposite said needle and on the frame (1) means are provided for continuously forming and demarcating sausages, following instructions given by the apportioning system of the pusher, for positioning the extremities of said sausages on transferring or passing-on means and for cutting the empty part of the casing between two preformed sausages. <IMAGE></p> |
