PURPOSE:To form the miniaturized simple structure of high speed, by setting a penetrating hole (fitting hole) at one end of a coil bearing arm combined with an electromagnetic coil, and by connecting the arm directly to a driven object member. CONSTITUTION:The actuator 1 of an oscillation type is composed of a yoke 2 provided with circular permanent magnets 4, a coil bearing arm 6 fitting an electromagnetic coil 7 firmly on and oscillating the coil 7 along the circular shapes of the permanent magnets 4, and the like. The oscillating member 11 of a driven object member is fitted on a fitting hole 6a at one end of the arm 6, and is fixed with a screw 6b. A counter yoke 3 is fixed on the yoke 2, and at the other end of the arm 6, a soft magnetic member 8 is fitted, and stoppers 5 are arranged on the yoke 2 of a position to stop the member 8. As a result, the oscillating member 11 and the arm 6 can be directly connected to each other, and by preventing the arm 6 from hunting at the time of stopping it, a high-speed response can be performed.
