PURPOSE:To make it possible to normally operate a machine tool substantially on the instant by disposing a driving solenoid switching valve for an oil pump and plural timer circuits on a lubricating fluid supplying device. CONSTITUTION:The introduction of a lubricating fluid to/from a machine tool 38a and the like is performed by the opening/closing action of a switching valve 58. In addition, there are provided timers 174, 178, 180 in the machine tool 38a and the like for measuring the predetermined non-operating time. When it is detected that the non-operating state of the machine tool 38a and the like is kept in excess of a predetermined period, the switching valve 58 is opened by the signal prior to the starting of the machine tool 38a and the like so that a lubricating fluid is supplied to the machine tool 38a and the like. With this constitution, the machine tool can be normally operated substantially on the instant.
