PURPOSE:To improve adhesion between a miniature sliding part and a solid lubricating film and reduce the manufacturing cost of the part by primarily coating with silane coupling agent, and coating the above coated layer with trifluroride ethylene chloride resin. CONSTITUTION:After the metallic surface of a part is primarily coated with silane coupling agent, the above surface is coated with trifluroride ethylene chloride resin. The silane coupling agent produces oxan combination on the metallic surface of a miniature sliding part to strengthen the adhesion of the resin. Thus solid lubricating action can be kept for a long term to sharply reduce the manufacturing cost of said part.
