PURPOSE:To enable a controlling valve directly connected to a constant volume type rotary pump for adjusting the power consumption of said pump to be controlled without any abrupt change in pressure by incorporating a valve body for balancing pressure in fluid pressure controllably into said valve. CONSTITUTION:To a body of a constant volume type rotary pump is removably attached a valve box 1 having an inlet hole 4 and an outlet hole 12 communicating to a discharge port of the pump, and a valve box lid 14 is mounted closely on the end face of the valve box 1 to which is opened a value body guide hole 5. The valve box lid 14 is formed with an introducing hole 8 communicating to said guide hole 5 for introducing same pressure as the pump and an outlet hole 27 in which is interposed an adjusting mechanism 9 having a sub-valve body 28 for opening and closing an inlet hole 23 communicating to said guide hole 5. And a valve body 7 is slidably inserted into said guide hole 5 of valve box 1 to afford communication between the holes 8, 10 in power consumption and open and close the valve body 7 according to the difference between pressure receiving areas while the valve body 7 is controlled to be fully opened in non-power-consumption.
