PURPOSE:To raise the quality of molding, make the setting of molding conditions easier, miniaturize molds, and shorten the cycle of molding by a method in which a runner connected to a nozzle is provided in the inside of a core and the runner is connected to a molding section on the opposite side of the nozzle. CONSTITUTION:A groove 12 is provided on the side of a block 11 incorporated in a core 10 and connected to runners 13 and 14 in the parting face. A pin 15 serves to project the block 11 from the core 10, and a cam 16 serves to remove out the runners 13 and 14 solidified in the groove 12 and connected to the link 18. A guide hole 17 serves to regulate the action of the head 19 of the link 18. Since the position of gate can be set up regardless of the shape of molding, the quality of the molding can be more raised than in the conventional two-plate system, the setting of molding conditions can be made easier, and the miniaturization of molds and shortening of molding cycle can be easierly attained than in three- plate system. |
