PURPOSE:To prevent an engine stop during a high-load operation by providing an auxiliary flywheel in the high-speed zone of a power transmission system in such a way as to be capable of changeover between a free rotational condition and a condition engaged with a transmission system. CONSTITUTION:An auxiliary flywheel 8 of hydraulic operation type for reserving an engine power is provided between a main clutch 3 and a transmission casing 5 in a power cylindrical shaft 4. Said flywheel 8 is so made as to be changed over between a free rotational condition and an engaged condition with the power cylindrical shaft 4, via the operation of a pump 9 for the supply and the discharge of hydraulic oil to and from the flywheel 8.
