PURPOSE:To make it possible to rectilinearly adjust the change of flow rate with respect to the valve opening by inserting the cylinder portion of a nipple having a nozzle into the inner diameter hole of a nipple having a hole. CONSTITUTION:in a nipple 1 having a nozzle, there are formed a line connecting hole 1a, which is connected to a vacuum source, and a nozzle hole 1b, and in the outer periphery of the nozzle hole, there are provided an outer peripheral side wall portion 1d and a cylinder portion 1c with a constant length. In a nipple 3 having a hole, there are defined an inner circumferential side wall portion 3c end an air suction hole 3e, as well as a concentrical inner-diameter hole 3b, which keeps a predetermined interval with respect to the cylinder portion 1c, and a line connecting hole 3e. The relative movement of the nipple 1 having a nozzle and the nipple 3 having a hole changes the overlapped length of the cylinder portion 1c and the inner-diameter hole 3b, thereby rendering it possible to rectilinearly adjust the flow rate of air introduced from the exterior.
