PURPOSE:To enable backlash to be eliminated, by introducing pressure oil correspondent to the number of revolutions of an engine into a piston chamber. Since pressure oil is supplied to the piston chamber 6 via a hydraulic pump 21, and an oil pressure regulating valve 16 so that the oil pressure correspondent to the number of revolutions of an engine can act, the tooth part 5a of the scissors gear Wheel 5 is pushed on the tooth part 14a of a gear wheel 14 on the mating side, enabling backlash noises to be effectively reduced.
