PURPOSE:To facilitate the production and control of parts by forming a plurality of connecting holes longitudinally on one end of a connecting rod for interconnecting an oscillating shaft and a rotary shaft of a oscillating drive portion so that one type of connecting rod can be applied to a plurality of types of fans. CONSTITUTION:A fan is provided on the rear portion of a motor 1 with an oscillation driving portion 2, and a motor 1 can be supported by an oscillating shaft 4 forming the center of oscillation, and the upper portion 5 of shaft 4 is provided so that the motor is turned about the outer periphery of oscillating shaft 4. Then, the upper portion 5 and an interlocking portion 3 provided rotatably about a rotary shaft 10 below the oscillation driving portion 2 are interconnected through a connecting rod 9 having on both ends a connecting hole 6 used in common and connecting holes 7, 8 used selectively according to a distance between the oscillating shaft 4 end the rotary shaft 10. Thus, one type of connecting rod 9 can be applied to various types of fans having different distances between the oscillating shaft 4 and the rotary shaft 10 to facilitate the production and control of parts.
