PURPOSE:To promote the protection of a turbine and the improvement of its control reliability, by supplying a minimum fuel flow, required for preventing a flame blow-off of a combustor, from the first control valve further a fuel flow in accordance with an operative condition of the gas turbine from the second control valve. CONSTITUTION:A control arithmetic part 9 is constituted using each setter 9a-9c, each arithmetic device 9d-9f and each selector 9h-9i or the like. While a turbine uses the first control valve 13P and the second control valve 13S having the predetermined characteristic further provides a rapidly acting valve 14, rapidly closing the second control valve 13S, to be arranged while a blowoff preventing control device 15, controlling the first control valve 13S, and an arithmetic operation part 16, controlling the second control valve 13S and the rapidly acting valve 14, to be arranged. And the turbine supplies a minimum fuel flow, required for preventing a combustor 2 from its flame blow-off, from the first control valve 13P while a fuel flow in accordance with an operative condition of the gas turbine from the second control valve 13S. While the second control valve 13S is fully closed when abnormality is detected in a rotary speed of the turbine.
