PURPOSE:To always stably detect a water level by suppressing the stagnation of dew condensation water in an air hose, by constituting the whole or part of the air hose, which connects a water level detection part and an air trap, of moisture permeable plastic. CONSTITUTION:A float 14 falls in usual so as to be placed on the lower end of a hermetically closed container 12 under its own wt. When water 19 enters an inner tank 2 to penetrate into the lower part of an air trap 8, the pressure of the upper air sump 26 in the air trap 8 rises. This rising in pressure is transmitted to the interior of the float 14 through an air hose 10 and the pressure in the float 14 rises to push up the float 14 and a permanent magnet 17 operates a lead switch 18 to stop the supply of water into the inner tank 2. Even when dew condensation is generated in the air hose 10 in this state, since a moisture permeable air hose 24 is used in a part of the hose 10, dew condensation water 25 is dried for about 3-5hr and the long-term stagnation of the dew condensation water is prevented and no error is generated in the pressure reaching the float 14.
