In contrast, in the present invention, one wall surface of a resonance frame (16) having a sound producer (3) fixed thereto is defined by a lid in the form of a printed circuit board (22) formed with a sound release hole (12), and electric parts constituting an electric oscillation circuit are arranged on the lid, thereby providing a sound producing device which is very compact and whose sound producing characteristics is stabilized.
