PURPOSE:To obtain the titled microphone which is suitable also for a vocal microphone by providing a small hole in a part of a magnetic yoke that reaches the inner chamber of a diaphragm and has an additional mass. CONSTITUTION:The small hole reaching the in-diaphragm chamber 9 formed by the magnetic yoke 1 and the diaphragm 6 is provided in the part of the magnetic yoke itself. With such a constitution, a resonance can be set in the middle of a frequency band 150-300Hz which is important for a vocal microphone by making use of the additional mass of the small hole 10 in the part of the yoke 1, in order to control the acoustic resistance of the small hole 10. As a result, the output frequency characteristic 12 of a spherical wave sound source (interactive) in the forward direction can be lifted in the frequency band 150-300Hz. And the titled microphone to which output level is attenuated in the low frequency band that causes the occurrence of obsecure sounds, can be obtained.
