PURPOSE:To remove the oil mist with high efficiency by providing a filter constituted by a porous adsorbing material at the inlet port side of an air blower in such way that a passage of air sucked from the air blower is cut off. CONSTITUTION:The air enters to the air blower from the suction 10 side of the air, and passes through the filter 12, followed by discharging it from a rear surface of the air blower 16. AT the time of passing the air through the filter 12, the oil and water contd. in the air is adsorbed on the filter 12. As the filter 12 is formed with the porous adsorbing material, the oil and water contd. in the air are adsorbed with good efficiency, and the passage of the air is not hindered, thereby improving the adsorbing efficiency. Thus, an appropriate amount of the oil mist is removed by using the filter constituted with the porous adsorbing material.
