PURPOSE:To turn on a power switch only when a person carrying a transmitter is fallen down into a sea by adopting a switch circuit constitution such that a piezoelectric element producing an electromotive force at a shock and electrodes closed in contact with water are utilized. CONSTITUTION:The piezoelectric element 7 generating an electromotive force at the reception of vibration or shock, a switch, circuit 9 closed by an output voltage of the piezoelectric element 7 are provided and the electrodes 11, 12 closed in contact with water are provided, the circuit of the electrodes 11, 12 are connected to the switch circuit 9, the switch circuit 9 is closed with both the conditions provided and the switch circuit 9 is connected to a power supply circuit of the radio transmitter 1. Thus, if a person is fallen down from a ship into a sea, any operation is required and the power of the transmitter 1 is turned on automatically, then a radio wave is radiated surely even if the person loses its sense.
