PURPOSE:To resolve the oscillation of a reference voltage generating circuit to operate it always stably by forming an oscillation preventing capacitor with plural divided parts and constituting this capacitor so that the capacity value of this capacitor can be selected in accordance with the number of loads connected to the reference voltage generating circuit. CONSTITUTION:An oscillation preventing capacitor C of the reference voltage generating circuit is formed with small divided parts to vary its capacity value in accordance with loads. In this example, three capacitors C1, C2, and C3 are provided on a semiconductor substrate, and two capacitors are used, and three PN junctions are provided on the surface of the semiconductor substrate, and wiring patterns of one electrodes are changed to change the capacity value. That is, a desired number of PN junction regions are provided on a semiconductor substrate 1 preliminarily, and wirings are so changed that the capacity value is changed when the number of output gates is changed, thus preventing the oscillation. |
