PURPOSE:To properly correct a disturbance chromogen error to all of measuring items, by correcting a measured analytical result with reference to error function based on a formed measuring item and serum information becoming disturbance. CONSTITUTION:The reagent of the first reagent container group 22 is supplied to the specimen of a sample table 2 revolving along with a reaction table 8 equipped with reaction containers 18 and the analytical measured result due to a spectroscope 12 is supplied to a computer 21 through a D/A converter 24. Then, fractional quantitative values X, Y, Z of the turbidity of serum information becoming disturbance, hemoglobin and bilirubin are calculated and the computer selects error functions f(X), g(Y), p(Z) corresponding to measuring items preliminarily formed and stored in the built-in memory part thereof. After the supply of the reagent of the group 22, the reagent of the second reagent container group 23 is further supplied and the measured value C corresponding to a measuring item due to spectral analysis is corrected on the basis of formula I and the disturbance chromogen error to all of measuring items is corrected rapidly and properly.
