PURPOSE:To preclude the possibility of electric shock by providing a voltage generating circuit, a voltage/non-voltage switching circuit and an external interface circuit so as to use the voltage system and non-voltage system in common. CONSTITUTION:The voltage generating circuit 13, the voltage/non-voltage switching circuit 12 and the external interface circuit 14 are provided. The circuit 12 comprising a changeover switch is turned on/off manually by the worker. The circuit 13 applies a DC voltage to the external interface circuit 14. The external interface circuit 14 connects a non-voltage system control object device 16 and an adaptor 15 via a signal line 8a and the circuit connecting to the circuit 13 and the voltage system control object device 17 and the adaptor 15 are connected via a signal line 8b. Thus, one kind of the adaptor 15 is unified through the changeover of voltage/non-voltage changeover circuit with small in size and light in weight without possibility of electric shock at installation.
