PURPOSE:To obtain the titled preparation having strong anti-inflammatory analgesic effects, low side effects on skin and further stability of active ingredients, containing an anti-inflammatory analgesic, a surface active agent, water, powder and a propellant in a specific ratio. CONSTITUTION:A preparation consisting of (A) 0.3-15wt% anti-inflammatory analgesic such as nonsteroid anti-inflammatory drug or local irritant, (B) 0.1-5wt% surface active agent, preferably nonionic surface active agent of ether type, (C) 3-20wt% water, (D) 0.1-5wt% powder having preferably <=100mum, especially 20-50mum particle diameter and (E) 60-90wt% propellant such as flon gas or liquefied petroleum gas. Since the preparation is sprayed in a foamy state and the active ingredients are completely applied to the affected part without being scattered to the circumference, excellent effects are shown with a small amount of the active ingredients. When the preparation is applied to skin, foams collapse, and the skin is provided with light irritation to enhance effects.
