PURPOSE:To accurately hold the clock signal phase in a slave station by obtaining an error in a master station based on clock information from the slave station and carrier information and reporting this error information to the slave station. CONSTITUTION:Data is transmitted from a master station 1 to plural slave stations in time division, and each slave station 2 transmits data to the master station 1 in the time zone assigned to the slave station itself synchronously with the clock signal from the master station 1. At the time of adjusting the clock signal phase in the slave station, the master station 1 extracts phase information of the clock signal from the slave station 2 and frequency information of the transmission carrier and obtains error information indicating deviation from a reference value by a slave station clock signal phase and slave station transmission carrier frequency discriminating part 3 and transmits this error information to the slave station 2. The slave station 2 receives this error information and controls the phase of the clock signal by a clock signal phase control part 4 and controls the frequency of the transmission carrier by a transmission carrier frequency control part 5.
