发明名称 NOZZLE MECHANISM FOR SANDBLAST
摘要 PURPOSE:To make it possible to clear the scale stuck to the internal surface of a pipe completely and quickly by inserting a sub air pipe into a main air pipe concentrically therewith and providing an air jet port for converting the air flow in the main pipe into a spiral flow to the nozzle section of the sub pipe. CONSTITUTION:Air is sent to main and sub air pipes 1 and 7 concentric with each other by operating a compressor and properly opening valves 4 and 10. In the next step when a valve 6 is opened to supply sand to the main air pipe 1, the sand is conveyed and dashed toward a nozzle port 2 by the air flowing in the air pipe 1. The sand is dashed into the jet air flowed from the air jet port 14 of the nozzle sections 9 of the sub air pipe 7 while dashing and is made to change the course for coming into collision with the internal surface of the nozzle section 3 of the main air pipe 1. Since this collisional course also has some angle to this internal surface, the sand flows spirally after this collision. On the other hand when the air jetted from the nozzle port 8 of the sub air pipe 7 is axially dashed, the outside flow brings into contact with the mixture of air and sand to introduce it for clearing the scale of internal surface of the pipe maintaining the continuity of spiral flow.
