摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent the adhesion of a molten steel and a nozzle clogging and to prolong the service life of the nozzle by forming the thermal spraying layer of the material difficult to wet to the molten steel on the surface of a nozzle inner hole and discharging hole. CONSTITUTION:A thermal spraying layer 9-1 is formed on the surface of the inner hole inside by inserting a thermal spraying nozzle from an opening 12 in the state of removing the center part 11 at the bottom of a dipping nozzle. The thermal spraying layer 9-2 onto the surface of the discharging hole inside is performed by inserting the thermal spraying nozzle into the discharging hole and on the other hand the thermal spraying layer 9-2 onto the apex face to the center 11 at the bottom is performed in the state of removing the center part 11. Thereafter the bottom center part 11 is screwed in the opening hole 12 of the outer periphery 10 at the bottom. The nozzle clogging by the attachment with an alumina as the main component to the inner hole and discharging hole parts of the dipping nozzle for continuous casting is thus prevented and the service life of the nozzle is prolonged.
