摘要 PURPOSE:To automatically compensate accuracy to the variation part of a flaw detection parameter, by feeding back the deviation of the average value and set value of a fluorescent powder flaw detection image pickup signal to the image pickup signal, and generating alarm signals when the deviation exceeds a prescribed range. CONSTITUTION:The fluorescent powder flaw detection image pickup signal from an industrial camera 1 is supplied to a flaw judging circuit 4 through the A/D converter 3 of a signal processor 2 and a judge result is supplied to a computer 13. The output of the converter 3 is averaged at every one line by an averaging circuit 5 and subjected to subtraction processing along with the set average value when a flaw detection parameter from a setting device 7 is normal by a subtraction circuit 6 to calculate a deviation value which is, in turn, fed back through a D/A converter 8. The deviation is compared with a set lower limit value by a comparing circuit 11 and, when the deviation value is out of an upper and lower limit value range, an alarm 12 is started. By this method, accuracy is automatically compensated to the slight variation part of a flaw detection parameter such as the sensitivity of the camera 1 and flaw detection is performed easily and stably with high accuracy.
