PURPOSE:To keep the confidentiality without being affected by surrounding noise with simple constitution by providing a handset and a transmitter-receiver consist of a converter converting the vibration of a concha wall into a voice signal and a converter converting a received voice signal into an audible signal integrally. CONSTITUTION:The titled set consists of a transmitter-receiver 11 inserted into a concha, a transmitter-receiver 16 provided with a battery and a handset and an antenna 12 to send and receive a radio wave. The conversion section of the transmitter-receiver 11 is provided with a vibration pickup microphone 17 and a transducer (speaker) 18 and an external sound is transmitted directly to the concha via a duct 19. Then the voice vibration transmitted to a bone of a living body is transduced into an electric signal by a vibration pickup microphone 17. Thus, the confidentiality is kept with simple constitution without being affected by surrounding noise and a telephone set capable of hand-free operation is obtained.
