PURPOSE:To obtain a cosmetic, capable of imparting extensibility, smoothness and moistness to the skin and having feeding of use in which the skin smoothes with time, by blending a starch hydrolyzing enzyme in a powdery state. CONSTITUTION:A cosmetic obtained by containing 0.001-80wt% powdery biological formulation prepared by freeze drying a starch hydrolyzing enzyme, e.g. alpha-amylase, beta-amylase, glucoamylase, isoamylase or pullulanase. The cosmetic, if necessary, may contain a dried cosmetic base normally used in cosmetics, e.g. humectant, water-soluble high polymer, surfactant, germicide and preservative, hydrophilic inorganic powder, coloring matter, vitamin, perfume, hormone, etc. In use, the cosmetic is dissolved in water and used. |
