PURPOSE:To reduce the size of an instrument while diluting samples automatically by an optional diluting liquid among plural kinds of diluting liquids with prescribed accuracy by using a reagent dispenser commonly as a diluting and dispensing device as well. CONSTITUTION:A cleaning device 17 makes cleaning action of reaction tubes 11 in the respectively opposite positions m, l, k by nozzles 17a-17c while a turn table 10 is held stopped. A sample dispenser 18 makes similarly the dispensing action of the sample to the reaction tube in the position (a) by a sampling nozzle 18a. The 1st and 2nd reagent dispensers 19, 21 make reagent dispensing action to the reaction tubes 11 in the positions (b), (e) respectively by nozzles 19a, 21a. The 1st and 2nd stirrers 20, 22 make stirring action of the respective reaction tubes 11 in the positions (c), (f) by nozzles 20a, 22a. The size of the instrument is reduced while the dilution of the samples is automatically executed with the prescribed accuracy in the above-mentioned manner. |
