PURPOSE:To introduce insulating oil into a vessel not staining outside with the insulating oil by sealing a pipe which is connected with a terminal plate of the vessel in a state of fill-up with insulating oil. CONSTITUTION:In a vessel 1, an X-ray tube is contained and insulating oil 6 is filled up. A pipe 11 passing through a terminal plate 12 is connected and fixed in the vessel 1. The pipe 11 is used for evacuation as well as introduction of insulating oil. After evacuating inside the vessel 1 through the pipe 11, insulating oil 6 is introduced into the vessel 1 through the pipe 11 then sealing of the pipe 11 is carried out.
