<p>PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of preparatory operation for the use of a layout device for plate making by performing magnification measuring operation for an original and input operation for various layout data simultaneously. CONSTITUTION:This device is equipped with a magnification measuring instrument 1 for measuring the magnification of an original, a data table 9 which has a menu area for inputting layout data, a recorder which records various data inputted from the magnification measuring instrument 1 and data tablet 9 on a recording medium, an arithmetic controller which performs arithmetic operations based on the magnification data from the magnification measuring instrument 1 and the position data from the data tablet 9 and computes data original sticking lines and a trimming range, and an output device which outputs the original sticking lines and trimming lines indicating the trimming range on a sheet. Consequently, various layout data indicated on allocation specification paper can be inputted simultaneously with the original magnification and angle measurement, a sheet for sticking the original on the input drum of the layout device is formed, and the layout data can be recorded on the recording medium.</p> |
