<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the involution of air, by a method wherein base materials subjected to degassing treatment are impregnated with a degassed resin solution under vacuum and laminated under vacuum to form an impregnated base material, and a metal foil and a carrier sheet are laminated to the upper and lower surfaces of said formed base material under vacuum. CONSTITUTION:Base materials 1 pass through a preparatory vacuum box 3 to enter a vacuum chamber 6. The base materials 1 entering the vacuum chamber 6 are separated to fall toward each of coaters 5 and again rise after a resin solution is supplied to be united and laminated. The resin solution is supplied to the vacuum chamber 6 through a resin supply line 11 and a dispersing pipe 17 and degassed while flowing down on the mesh tray 18 obliquely arranged in the vacuum chamber 6 to be accumulated on the bottom of the vacuum chamber 6 and supplied to each of the coaters 5 through a recirculation line 14 and the excessive resin solution is again used. In this case, the vacuum chamber 6 is evacuated to about 50-100Torr. This base material united and laminated passed between seal rolls 7 to enter a vacuum chamber 9 and a metal foil or a carrier film 12 is laminated to the base material by rolls 20. By this method, the expansion and delamination of the metal foil, the surface roughening of the laminated sheet and the expansion of the carrier film are prevented.</p> |
