摘要 PURPOSE:To transmit a driven force from a screw axis to a nut through a ball without delay and to attempt to improve controllability, by connecting a ball screw mechanism of an injection apparatus in such a state that two nuts are screwed in a screw axis through a ball and these nuts are energized in the axial direction. CONSTITUTION:Before operating an injection molding machine, when a bolt 20e is tightened under the condition where a thickness of a spacer 20d of a ball screw mechanism 20 for injection is made to be proper, a distance between nuts 20a and 20f becomes shorter than the distance in the case where screw grooves 20h and 20j for both nuts 20a and 20f are matched, and a deviation is generated between a position of the screw groove 20h for nuts 20a and 20f and a position of a screw groove 20j for a screw axis 20g, and a force compressing the screw axis 20g from both sides through a ball 20k are thereby acted. The ball 20k thereby becomes to contact with an inclined wall facing the screw grooves 20h and 20j under a proper pressure, and no gap in the axial direction exists between the screw grooves 20h and 20j and the ball 20k. Then the nuts 20a and 20f are moved in the axial direction without delay when the screw axis 20g is rotated.
