PURPOSE:To totally display hospital visiting days, the hospital visiting days of the week, diagnosis/treatment points per day and the monthly total points on a single display, by displaying hospital visiting marks and the diagnosis/ treatment points on the relevant day in response to the days of the week and the date displayed on a calendar. CONSTITUTION:An ID number of a patient is inputted via a keyboard or a key set 2 together with the diagnosis/treatment action data including the hospital visiting days, etc. These input data are processed by a control processor 3 and recorded on files 5-7 in a file device 4 as well as a display output part 1. It is important to know the past visiting days to grasp the contents of diagnosis/treatment when a patient visits a hospital. Thus it is required to input the patient's ID and to display a list of his/her hospital visiting days. In this case, the type of a calendar and the date ranging from years and months to the days of the week are displayed by a calendar display function 8. Then the diagnosis/treatment points of the hospital visiting days are calculated by a calculation processing function for diagnosis/treatment data. Then the calculated diagnosis/treatment points are displayed in response to dates together with the monthly total points.
