PURPOSE:To keep the attitude of a structure in a given one stably by a method in which a water storage tank is set on the base of a structure, and a mechanism to regulate the turning and horizontal movement of the structure is provided by connecting a water charger and a drainer together. CONSTITUTION:The lower part of a structure A is positioned at a given level in ground-water to support the structure A by the buoyancy of the ground-water. Water tanks 2 are dividedly provided horizontally on the base 1 lower than the level of groun-water for the structure A and a water charger 3 is connected with a drainer 4. The first supporting mechanism and the second supporting mechanism 25 are also provided to regulate the turning of the structure A around the horizontal axis. Since the load of the structure A applies largely to the supporting piles, damage to the structure A and the piles can be avoided.
