PURPOSE:To obtain a stable vinyl chloride resin composition, containing at least one compound of the group of manganese chloride, cobalt chloride and nickel chloride, capable of suppressing occurrence of chalking and stable to outdoor exposure. CONSTITUTION:A composition obtained by blending (A) vinyl chloride resin with (B) at least one compound of the group of manganese chloride, cobalt chloride and nickel chloride. The blending ratio is preferably as follows. 0.5-2 pts.wt. component (B) based on 100pts.wt. component (A).
