PURPOSE:To make the liquid level of ink constant by filling a sub-tank with the ink by pressurizing a main tan, by housing the main tank for storing the ink and a bag-like container for storing the recovered ink. CONSTITUTION:When non-emission of ink is generated, the press part 16 of a main tank 1 is pressed to pressurize the tank 1. At the same time, the actuator 21 of a valve block 20 is also pressed to open a valve 19 and the air of a sub-tank 2 is allowed to communicate with an ink discharge hole 17 and an air bag 18, from which air is vented, by discharge pies 22, 23 and ink is supplied from an ink supply port 12 and the liquid level of the ink rises and, when said liquid level reaches the discharge hole 17, the excessive ink supplied on and after is received in the air bag 18 through the discharge pipes 22, 23 and a valve block 20. When the pressing of the press part 16 is stopped to stop the pressurization of the tank 1, the valvve 19 of the valve block 20 is also closed and the liquid level of the ink in the sub-tank is also kept constant to be returned to the initial state and stable printing performed on and after. |
