PURPOSE:To make it possible to measure the weight of a material to be cooked in a short time with excellent accuracy by applying the weight of the material to be cooked placed on a plate to the shaft of a motor and transmitting the displacement of the shaft to a weight detector. CONSTITUTION:By constituting the shaft 24 of a motor 21 in a vertically movable manner in a thrusting direction, the shaft 24 moves downward in accordance with the weight of a material to be cooked on a setting plate 3, and presses a weight detector 10a in accordance with the weight thereof. Thus, the weight of the material 2 to be cooked is applied to the shaft 24, without being affected by a position where the material to be cooked is placed, and the setting plate 3 indicates a predetermined value even when the plate 3 takes out an electric signal of the weight detector 10a at any point in time during the rotation of the motor 21, and thus the weight measurement can be made in a short time. Further, since the weight of the material 2 to be cooked is transmitted directly to the weight detector 10a directly through the shaft 2, the stable weight can be measured.
