摘要 PURPOSE:To produce a non-oriented silicon steel sheet having excellent magnetic characteristic and low anisotropy by specifying the product of diameter of working roll by plate thickness at the time of temper rolling the non-oriented silicon steel sheet executing cold rolling and recrystallizing annealing. CONSTITUTION:At the time of temper rolling the non-oriented silicon steel sheet, which executes the recrystallized annealing after cold rolling, the roll diameter D of the working roll is provide to be <100mm and also the product of the plate thickness (t) of silicon steel sheet and the temper rolled by the roll diameter D is arranged to be DXt<=70 (desirably <=50). Under this condition, by temper rolling the silicon steel sheet at about 1-15% rolling reduction ratio, the non-oriented silicon steel sheet having high permeability and magnetic flux density and low anisotropy is obtd. and is usable as material for rotating machinery and apparatus, such as motor, etc.
