发明名称 ELECTRODE MATERIAL FOR SPARK PLUG
摘要 PURPOSE:To improve the corrosion resistance, at high temp., of the titled electrode material to be formed by the use of undermentioned alloy and also to prolong service life, by limiting the compositional limit values of an Ni-base alloy. CONSTITUTION:The electrode material is manufactured by using an alloy consisting of, by weight, 13-27% Cr, 1.5-13% Mo, <=30% Fe, 2.5-6% Nb and/or Ta, and the balance essentially Ni. It is desirable that <=1.3% Ti, <=1.0% Al, <=0.5% Si, <=0.5% Mn, <=0.1% C, and <=0.01% B are further added to the above composition. Moreover, it is preferable to use an alloy consisting of 17-23% Cr, 2.8-10% Mo, <=26% Fe, 3.1-5.5% Nb and/or Ta, and the balance essentially Ni.
