PURPOSE:To obtain a resin composition having excellent balance of heat distortion, impact and oil resistance, rigidity, etc., by constituting a blend system in a specific dispersion state of three components of a polyamide, polyphenylene ether and rubber-like block copolymer. CONSTITUTION:A composition, consisting of (A) 25-70wt% polyamide, preferably 6-nylon, 6,6-nylon, etc., (B) 25-70wt% polyphenylene ether, (C) 2-25wt% block copolymer consisting of (i) 25-85wt% polymer blocks consisting essentially of a vinyl aromatic compound, preferably styrene and (ii) polymer blocks consisting essentially of a conjugated diene compound, preferably butadiene and obtained by preferably adding a dispersion particle size adjuster, dispersion from adjuster, etc., to each component and melt kneading the components in an extruder. The component (A) forms a continuous phase and the component (B) is present in the continuous phase as a disperse phase having 0.5-10mum average particle diameter. The component (C) is further microscopically dispersed in the disperse phase. |
