PURPOSE:To provide a heat-cooking apparatus having a compact construction, a high durability and a high quality by placing a heat-cooking apparatus on a cooling route of a cooling fan, and providing a connecting terminal part on a fixing metal fitting positioned at the intermediate of an internal heater and an external heater which constitute the heating apparatus. CONSTITUTION:A fixing metal fitting 4 disposing electric parts is provided at the upper part of the outside of a heating chamber 2. A cooling fan 5 and the connecting terminal part 6 of the heating apparatus are disposed on the fixing metal fitting 4. The connecting terminal part 6 is in the cooling air flow path of the cooling fan 5 and further is positioned substantially at the intermediate of an internal heater 3a and an outer heater 3b. The connection of pull-out parts of the internal heater 3a and the external heater 3b is carried out on the connecting terminal part 6 provided on the fixing metal fitting 4. By this arrangement, since the internal heater 3a and the external heater 3b are connected to the connecting terminal part 6, there is no possibility that the root of the pull-out part might be bent, and hence the break of a heater wire may be prevented. Further, since the connecting terminal part 6 is positioned at the intermediate of the internal heater 3a and the external heater 3b, it is possible to shorten the pull-out part and the improve the working efficiency.
