PURPOSE:To provide the titled alkaline adhesive of high water content, capable of bonding even to concrete surface, comprising, as the chief agent component, a blend of epoxy resin and urethane acrylate oligomer and, as the curing agent component, an amino. CONSTITUTION:The objective adhesive comprising (A) as the chief agent compo nent, a blend of (i) 100pts. by wt. of an epoxy resin (e.g., polyhydric phenol, polyglycidyl ether, epoxy novolak) and (ii) pref. 1-50pts. by wt. of an urethane acrylate oligomer and (B) as the curing agent component, an amine (e.g., aliphat ic amine, aromatic amine, heterocylic diamine) with the equivalent ratio A/B of pref. 1-1.5.
