PURPOSE:To maintain the hot water temperature uniformly substantially throughout a bath tub at a prescribed temperature by forming the inside face to be a hollow section by using a synthetic resin material, and sealing into the hollow section a latent heat accumulating agent and constituting with a heat insulation plate which has magnetic material attached on its flat face section and a heating unit which accumulates heat by heating insulation plate by induction. CONSTITUTION:A heat insulation plate 7 is a formed product made of a synthetic resin material and has a size to be received at the bottom section of a bath tub 1, and its inner face being formed hollow. On the flat section of the hollow section a magnetic body 8 is attached. Regarding the heat accumulation of the heat insulation plate 7 it is received into a heating unit 11, and accumulates heat by induction heating utilizing electromagnetic wave. An induction heating device 12 is provided on both faces with induction heating panels 13, and they stand opposite to the magnetic material 8 which is attached on the heat insulation plate 7, and they heat a latent heat accumulating agent 9 which has its melting point near 45 deg.C which is the most suitable temperature for bath tub heat insulation and is set up beforehand. At this temperature the agent is transformed into liquid. During this transformation to liquid there is no temperature rise and in this area the amount of heat accumulation is very large. By placing the heat insulation plate 7 at the bottom section of the bath tub 1, the hot water temperature does not change in the direction of the height of the bath tub 1 so that the bath tub temperature is maintained at a uniform temperature.
