PURPOSE:To improve the accuracy of sticking two substrates at an information recording part by making an information recording layer part into an air sandwiching structure formed at two sticking surface sides and using an adhesive having a flow property instead of a spacer without using an outer spacer and an inner spacer. CONSTITUTION:An information recording layer part is made into an air sandwiching structure formed at the sticking surface side of two substrates, the adhesives having the flow property are used without using an outer spacer and an inner spacer, it is hardened after coating to use the result instead of the spacer. For example, a polycarbonate substrate (1.2mm thickness) with a groove (pitch 1.6mum) or tracking has a recording layer part 2 at the sticking surface side. A layer 3 is a bonding layer composed of an ultraviolet curing resin, and for a polycarbonate substrate (1.2mm thickness) 4, in which both upper and lower surfaces are smooth, the material to suppress the quantity of an ultraviolet absorbent is used so as to transmit the light of 10% or above for an ultraviolet wavelength 365nm in a single plate condition.
